If you’re as out of shape as I am, ’s a serious workout! I was sweating within the first few minutes stand on the exercise stepper. Out of breath. Struggling to stick it out. I managed to get 500 steps in and took a break. Throughout the day I hopped on for a few mins here and there.Here’s my biggest advice: if it’s been awhile since you’ve worked out, START SMALL. I overdid it today! My legs feel like burning jello.Start with 3-5 mins, maybe a couple times a day. Work up from there. And don’t beat yourself up for it… You’ll get stronger!The display is fine, but let’s hope it lasts through me dripping sweat on it. Just ordered some neck towels to absorb the drips.I was able to put it together quickly. Read all the instructions!! It stores away under my bed or in the corner of my room.Overall, it’s quiet and definitely gets my heart rate up while also building muscle. I highly recommend it and will post pics along the way.

I bought Mini Stepper Exercise Machine so I can take it with me to work. I tried it out as soon as it was delivered. I love it. It’s apt a slight weigh to it but it is easy to carry. Will write back how it went while using it at work.

Came fully put together in the box.The design is very durable, weighs maybe 20 lbs. The “pedals” are very wide and long, quite comfortable (I’m a woman’s 10 and I had no problem wearing tennis shoes on this, with plenty of room left over).This stepper machine is a game changer. Don't you love it when something simple makes a huge impact in your life? I've been an ""exerciser"" for 40 years, was an ""aerobics instructor"" in the early 90's, a personal trainer about 10 years after that for awhile, and working out the last 10 years on and off. What I've learned as I've gotten older is that we don't need complex workouts to get a great level of fitness, be lean and have lovely muscle definition. We just have to be consistent.

I can only do two minutes at a time on this Steppers for Exercise at Home right now, I did not expect it to be this much of a workout!! I thought I could do this while I watch my shows and it would be a piece of cake! No, this thing is actually a work out lol. I will do a minute and my legs are already burning lol. So right now I will do two minutes then break for three then two minutes again. It gets your heart rate up right away as well.
