The Concept I Wet is an unique outdoor ceiling fan by Minka-Aire Fans. The light kit is ingeniously sculpted into the fans design, as the 3 concaved blades flow directly out from the fan body. The high blade pitch insures optimal airflow, while the integrated LED provides ample lighting into the room. The Oil Rubbed Bronze finish is perfect for clean, contemporary exterior spaces.

This is a WiFi compatible ceiling fan powered by Bond technology, which allows you to connect this device via WiFi with the additional purchase of BD-1000. Fast and easy setup; simply download the Bond App to your smartphone (available for iOS and Android), the Bond hub connects to your internet WiFi network. Additional drivers are available for full integration with other systems including; SmartThings, Control4, ELAN, Hubitat, and more.

Little bit of a delay in shipping due to logistics issues around the world. But it arrived in time for spring and we've been using it since. Quiet fan that has a lot of power.

I was foolish and bought a Box Store cheaper outdoor rated ceiling fan (4 of them) for a covered balcony and covered patio. The old ceiling fans were working fine, BUT I live on a gold course and the blades were damaged from golf ball hits over the years. WELL after 1 month even though they were rated for outdoor wet use. They all stopped working from the Box Store. The Old manufacturer that was installed before I foolishly changed them out were Minka-Aire, so I decided to spend the extra money and reinstall Minka-Aire back into the outside areas.They have been installed well over a month now, still work no issues or problems. Will not make that mistake again, stick with Minka-Aire and you won't go wrong in any way, shape or form... reliable, pleasing to the eye, energy efficient, strong, great warrenty, etc... what more can you ask for?
