This cooler is legit. Easy to install (I did this with a trans cooler and radiator upgrade simultaneously) and it works great.

Recieved the intercooler in a timely manner. The lower brackets however are too wide to recieve the original rubber mounts and had too much of a gap. Sorry to say I had to send it back for it really looked nice.

I have not had an adequate amount of time to see the all of the differences between the stock intercooler and the Mishimoto. However, I instantly saw higher levels of boost throughout the entire driving range. With the stock intercooler, I was running around 14-15psi at full throttle, and around 1psi at normal driving levels.The Mishimoto intercooler fit was really easy to install once the radiator was out of the way. Once installed, I immediately noticed normal driving was 3-4psi with 26psi at full throttle. I have not towed anything yet, but that will be the next test. For now, I am glad I spent the money to swap it out.Note: 2002 F250 stock 7.3, stock turbo, 5" exhaust, original owner, +300,000 miles.
