This kit includes everything you need to improve airflow, substantially decrease air-charge temperatures, reduce EGTs, and support your truck at any power level. The first key component is the Mishimoto intercooler piping; engineers have maximized airflow by eliminating restrictive bends, allowing for a smooth and unimpeded airflow. The piping is constructed of mandrel bent 3.5 inch aluminum polished to a mirror finish. This kit includes Mishimoto silicone boots with DuraCore technology and constant-tension T-bolt clamps for accurate and consistent holding force. Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots. Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. This package is rounded out with the Mishimoto intercooler featuring extremely durable cast aluminum end tanks and a bar-and-plate core, all designed to provide cool, dense air to your engine. Mishimoto intercooler features an increase in core volume and reduces pressure drop, which results in an overall increase in engine efficiency. Arrived intact, box was beat up and bottom corner of mount was drug and went through the box nothing a black marker won't fix, shipped on time. Thanks.

awesome intercooler, dropped my egt about 200 degrees. installed took about an hour, super easy to install if you know how to turn a wrench. Seller did a wonderful job with my shipping and keeping me updated. only down side was my hood did not latch once installed because the top latch was hitting the top of the intercooler. easy fix, just adjusted the bottom part of the latch up so that the hood did not have to go as far down before it would latch.
