The handles make it very nice to use in my pizza oven. Also the silicone pad allows me to set it anywhere when it is blistering hot.

One of the main reasons I chose to order this grill pan was because of the long, 13” handles in the description. Unfortunately I was sent handles that are only 7”.Short handles tend to dig into the palm of the hand, so I am disappointed.I will use the pan several times as a test, but I will be returning it for a refund if there’s a problem.

I bought this for use in my Ooni. I like the long handles and the hefty silicone pad. It's got some weight to it. Using it with one handle is difficult, so be careful.. Best to set it on the pad and carry it like a serving tray.It died a wonderful job in the Ooni cooking up. Meals. Especially steaks and chops.

Bought this to use in my Solo Stove Pi. Sears steak great! It's a little bulky but has two handles to help with that. Happy with the purchase!
