I’m using them to help keep the inside of my grill grease-free. I like to keep my grill grates pristine and my heat diffuser free from stains while still achieving cooks over charcoal and wood. The size is great on any sized grill and it’s a quality set. Im a cheapskate so I think the price could be better but I do really like the product.

Maybe we haven't figured out how to use it yet - it cooks great but the meat hardly gets any grill lines and it sticks some to the pans.

When I open the package, I did not realize these are small 5" x 10". Then it dawned on me we always have at least 3 different steaks rare, med and well done. This is ideal you slide the handle on one set it up or aside, and then continue grilling the others. The grilled veggies ca be on a separate grill and no need to transfer. Heavy duty cast iron but they work great. I am glad I did not buy the large one grill plate.
