Super cute. Comfy. Easy to assemble. Recliners are smooth. Love the center area with cup holders. This comes in four separate boxes. Not all are delivered at once but came the next day. Just a heads up so you don’t panic like I did.

This reclining sofa arrives in four boxes. We received only three. Upon reporting the issue to Mjkone Customer Service, they contacted their warehouse to ensure all four boxes had been shipped. They then contacted FedEX and learned one of the four boxes was damaged while in transit and, therefore, was not delivered. Inventory had been completely depleted by the time our partial shipment arrived. Mjkone Customer Service confirmed that was the case with the warehouse and IMMEDIATELY issued a full refund. The amount was in my account the next business day. I was impressed. Bottom line, I was very disappointed to not receive the reclining sofa; however, Mjkone Customer Service provided the best support I've ever experienced, bar none!

The shipping company sent our package in shambles. The seller provided amazing customer service to remedy the issue. We got a great sofa and great customer service. 5/5 recommend!!
