I received these router bits and inspected them before I ever used them. Both bits had different chips in the blades, see pictures. They were both covered in the plastic coating to keep them from rusting, so somebody knowingly shipped this very defective product. I will order 1 new set to see if I receive the same defective router bits. I will update my review once I receive them.

Just what I needed to work on making kitchen cabinets. Easy to use and the end product turned out great!

I made 6 doors and struggled with fuzz, until I saw that one of the two cutter surfaces was a mess - poorly machined. I bought this set because I wanted an inexpensive way to get experience with doors, learned the hard way to pay for quality. Deeply disappointed. Doubt I will purchase MLCS products in the future, despite their attractive prices and slick catalog. I'd suggest spending more with Whiteside, Amana or Freud, and buying from a local vendor who will help if there is a quality control problem. And look CAREFULLY at cutters on arrival. Live and learn. Not a quality product.

For the cost, these bits did a great job. The joints fit great after adjusting the bits with the included shims. I have other MLCS bits and have had no problems with them.

The bit works as advertised, it does however seem to dull faster than other bits i've bought. I might buy it if I was just making a few, or in really soft wood.

Surprisingly good quality for inexpensive rail and stile set. The bevel adds a nice touch over the standard 90 degree edge.
