The package arrived on time. Placed it on my motorcycle to give my girlfriend peace of mind since I won't answer the phone while on a ride. If I'm still moving, she knows I'm safe.

Its been an okay device, it stopped working now after a year. Every now and then will have problems with minutes on the live audio, either it wont comnect or minutes go missing. Now it wont track only every 16 hours. I troed going online and no help

Don’t waste your money I spent a lot of money and never got any of it back even though the tracker never actually worked at all. It was literally me spending money for absolutely no reason at all. I always give fair reviews but this product gave me no other option.

The gps on this is amazing. Geo fences work fast and accurate. Battery life is very good as well. Probably averaging 7 or 8 days between charges. The only negative is the cell calling on it. If the person is driving you can't hear anything but mumbles. Even sitting still the reception is shady. But occasionally I do get to use it. And the cell service is additional, i dont think alot of people realize this b4 purchasing. Overall I would recommend it and honestly don't know why I didn't get it a long time ago.

Can't figure out how to add a 2nd tracker nor how to get the SOS Number set up. App keeps giving the error, "ERROR: NUMBER CONTAINS NON-NUMERIC CHARACTERS!" I am doing all of the steps with only numbers and no characters .Support is no help. Got response email asking for more details and then nothing.

Couple of nice features which are important. Extended battery life, and when combined with the magnetic claiming ability which also makes for easy removal for recharging this is great for keeping track of your vehicle. IRL James Bond stuff but ofc many ordinary people uses also.Keeping track on one mobile is ofc huge as this means when tracking one does not have to be close to the device, like in the old movies. Now James can keep an eye on the villians right from the double bed! Haha, my imagination. I always wondered why those trackers weren't used as anti-theft devices, and well, now can be, among other uses.Very nice item. :)

I received this and didn't pay attention until I went to activate it. It tells you to either put the last 5-6 digits of a upc label on the outside or right next to the UPC is a 6 digit code alone on the box which is picture #3. Tried to register the stand alone on the right and in app it states number unrecognizable and the left upc code is a canceled subscription device. Therefore I looked at it more and it's scratched and the clip part looks warn. Now I can't even sign up for this as it was already 2days late from when it stated it whom arrive and I can't use it for what is needed asap. I'm so disappointed in this. Also trying look up a user guide constantly shows a whole other device that doesn't have the same features, only name is about the same. I was really looking forward to using this and now I can't seem to get their customer service to respond during business hours in a timely manner so I believe I'll be requesting a refund.
