WORST SOFA EVER!! I purchased this sofa because is was compressed which allowed me to get it up the very narrow staircase.I left it for 5 days & it still hadn’t opened up to it’s correct size & shape & you could still feel the springs.I contacted Amazon customer service many times & sent photos to show the faulty sofa.They agreed that the sofa is faulty & they will send a courier to pick it up & this is the only option to get a refund.I explained over & over that the only way of getting the sofa down the stairs will be to break it into pieces but they said that they can’t accept this & the courier will remove it.The couriers then came to pick up sofa & said it’s impossible to take it as it won’t fit through the narrow staircase,they signed a letter as proof that it was faulty & even rang their boss to explain what I had been saying repeatedly to Amazon.I had to then ring amazon back but instead of helping me they said they will send another courier to pick up the sofa.The whole situation is causing me so much stress & the numerous amazon customer service staff don’t listen & are extremely unhelpful.I’m now stuck with a faulty sofa with no options.Just be aware that if you are in the situation I’m in Amazon arent going to help you!I’m taking this matter further with my credit card company but just want to make you all aware of the situation and the extremely poor customer service experience I’m having with Amazon.

Not as fluffy as it looks in picture. Back pillows very thin. Not happy with the quality at all.

I am not happy with this sofa because the back of the sofa is low and very soft. When you sit on the sofa and lean your back against the back wall, you fall backwards. I would not buy this again and I do not recommend buying it to anyone with back pain.

I bought this for kids playroom and it is great for that purpose. It is low to the ground. The back is low, for adults, I feel like you would need to add bigger pillows for backrest for increased comfort. It came fast, color is as advertised. Does not require any assembly, just open and allow to expand! Holding up great with 2 small boys.

It fits the space in our new room in the basement, as measured and expected. Seating is firm. I knew from the pictures the back was short, but not as short as it is in reality. It makes sitting on the couch a bit awkward and uncomfortable. I will have to buy a pillow to go along the back. I would not recommend this as primary seating for a living room, but it is sufficient for a basement, dorm, or game room.

This 3 seater is the perfect addition to my home office/den. I wanted something extremely comfortable for leisure that would also double as a place to take a nap, and this didn't disappoint. Spontaneously taking a running start just to plop down on it hasn't occurred at the time of this review but is highly likely. I've put my fair share of furniture pieces together in the past few months so completely skipping that assembly party with this (fast) shipment was worth it's weight in gold for me. Worth it.

The back to the sofa is literally 6 inches high. This is essentially a dog bed puffed up. Don’t spend your money on this. Wish I had not. But my dogs have an additional comfy place to rest.

I bought this product in spite of some of the reviews on here. I think that some people haven’t appreciated the innovation of this product. For example, we have a small stairwell which would not be suitable for a structured sofa. This sofa enables our little home to have a full sized, comfortable sofa, without any of the hassle. I’d recommend.

Also das es keine Couch gibt die sich einfacher aufbauen lässt ist klar.Und kurzfristig kann man darauf auch gut sitzen.Selbst die Katze lag schon gerne auf der Couch.Aber: Man kann echt schwer davon aufstehen. Und bekommt arg Steißbeinschmerzen wenn man hier länger sitzt.Daher geht das Sofa heute zurück.Der Kundenservice von Amazon ist aber top, das muss man sagen!

This turned out to be a rather nice imported "Pop-up Out-The-Box Couch. Can't beat the price. It inflated upon breaking the sealed plastic- very interesting. It was nice to see quality springs within the couch. I thought it was only foam. 5 Star review this 3 seater is very comfortable and a nice length. I would recommend and may be purchasing another.
