These drain plugs are a exact replacement for a Starcraft Holiday 15. I didn't even have to cut them down, I just added marine silcone to the outside of the tubes and used a flare tool to install them on my new transom.

Great product when used with the correct flanging tool, just be sure to trim the length to approximately 3/16” longer than the transom and sand the end smooth.

I bought 2 of these tubes to replace the drain tubes in the splash plate of my Alumacraft aluminum boat. I used the Moeller tool to crimp them in place. The tubes and the crimping tool worked great. It is important to read the directions with the tool and cut the tube to exactly 1/4 inch longer than thickness of the transom. If they are cut longer, the crimp on the inside (bolt head) will roll and be somewhat large. If the tube is cut to short, the crimp on the inside (bolt head) will be more flat. In both situations, the crimp on the outside of the transom (nut side) will be flat. You need these tubes when you replace the wood in the transom. Great product. They are also designed to replace the drain tube for the bilge and would work great for that as well. You will need spacers for the bilge drain. Cutting the tube to the right length is just as important.
