The shower arm in one of the kits was missing. This caused disruption and extra cost for me becuse the plumber could not finish the job/extra billing.

Absolutely love this set! The shower head works amazing, and water pressure is heaven. I upgraded the tub fixtures of my main bathroom that my boys, & now elderly father share. Installed it myself, & it was a breeze.

Absolutely love the 2.5 gallon per minute flow. The finish is a little more bronze than gold, but still works with my other fixtures.

Trim handle has a large gap with the plate after installation following the instruction manual. Though it won't fall off, it feels very loose and allows a lot of play. The swivel ball is also loose and does not seem to be able to hold the showerhead at the desired angle (though I tightened it as much as possible). Both seem to be design issues.
