The kit itself worked really well! I had a couple of trays that grew mold. I am taking the steps to fix the problem. However, I emailed to professional support that the kit offers and it states you will get the results in a 48 hour window. I have yet to hear anything from them! It’s been over a week since reaching out to them and I have sent a secondary one and still no answer!

Worked as described. My only issue is the lack of specificity/clarity of the information. As noted, it does exactly what it is proported to do; however, I am just not sure I can gather the information regarding severity if infection/infestation using this kit.

The culture cups will not fit in the plastic Ziploc bags. The bags tear, the cup is too large.

To put this review into context, I used the air sampling method (where you just leave the dish open in the room/area being sampled for 30m) and it was in a house that wasn't expected to have any mold issues, this was done as a precaution. I left the samples for 3 days, and as you can see in the pic there's no mold at all, it might be hard to tell because of stuff on the table under the dishes. The only issues I had with the product is it requests you leave the samples in an 80+ degree room, which might not exist, especially in the winter. Also the plastic bags that came with it were just barely big enough to fit the dishes.

this is one of the coolest things I have bought to date, one we able to detect the issue confirm and ID the type so we could treat the room properly, We saved a ton of money because anyone who was going to come to our home would have basically did what we did. and the coolest part was sending the photo to get a second opinion and now if we felt we needed to we could send it in to a lab but with this company and DR Google we were confident of what was up and we treated it successfully thank you for this !!!!! and YES I recommend this product

Great product! A “must buy” for “every” home whether you have visible mold or not! (Our home had no visible mold) I ordered this test two weeks ago, had visible results in the petri dish within 2-3 days, used the identification guide that comes with the kit, sent photos for free consultation and got an email back within 48 hours, verifying our home results for various dangerous types of mold that can cause very serious health issues. We are now doing remediation in the entire home within the two weeks of ordering this kit. Will be purchasing more after our remediation to make sure it’s clear of mold as well as for family members to to test their homes. (the baggies that come with the kit may be too small so make sure you have zipper sandwich bags, they worked perfect!) other than that a lifesaving product!
