it's a cigarette case. I wanted to use it for a boo boo kit pouch, and it could work for that, but the molle straps are not good at all, and the velcro removes most of the pattern from the camo. a seam ripper would do well to fix the velcro but the molle straps with buttons is just bad. the buttons are hard to get in tight molle and it slips a lot, really hard to get it locked in. Button snaps are really out of place on molle gear.

I got two of these one in black and one in green. the black works great and is good quality but for some reason the green wasn't as great. The velcro is terrible on it and it won't stay closed. My husband is too afraid to use it and lose stuff. had the velcro worked on the green I would have given them both 5 stars

Perfect size for a hard pack of cigarettes and a bic lighter. One MOLLE strap on the back. Probably wouldn't fit on an ALICE belt but fits great on my pack.

I have a 3 round magazine for my rifle that fits perfect with a pocket for a small flashlight. Meant for a pack of cigs. And a lighter. Just what i was looking for.
