Looks great but didn’t provide the right “cushions” and therefore the vibrations in winds possible causes scratches to hood! Definitely had bad vibrations until hubby figured out to add bumper padding g to stop vibration however should have come with it already in the package!

I went with the MOPAR bug deflector because it attached with clips rather than putting double-sided tape on the hood of the Jeep. Easy to install but when the instructions stated to "Tap" the clip into place, the retaining tab on the clip snapped off. It took some constructive thinking to make the damaged clip work but it did. Deflector stays in place, secure and looks great. It reduces the number of bugs and light sand that gets to the windshield but not the larger ones that splat over a larger area. Flatter windshield means more bugs but it helps. Push the clip with thumb pressure only don't tap.

I purchased this bug deflector in May. With a full month on my JL Wrangler Sport S and I can say for sure, that these do NOT deflect bugs. I still need to clean the bugs off my brick shaped windshield.Only buy this is you are married to OEM parts and want an all "Jeep" Jeep.

Looks cool, may help deflect bugs but only by one or two per hundred.

Fairly easy to install. Make sure to use a torque wrench and as someone else mentioned cover the engine area in case you drop the clips. Overall, product seems sturdy and I like that it does not use adhesives to attach to the hood. Time will tell if it actually reduces bug strikes on the windshield.

Well is Mopar item and it fits perfect. Looks good and makes your Jeep stands out. Although it takes about 30 minutes to installed but very happy with it.

Very easy to install, read instructions. Fits well and looks great. Have not tested on the road trip yet, but seems like its working.

So far, so good. I like the look of it. It has yet to be determined if it keeps bugs away from the windshield though. Only time will tell but I like the fit and quality of it.If anything, it will at least keep rock chips from the front of the hood. I will write back later after I’ve had it long enough to see if it deters bugs from windshield.UPDATE: I am really impressed at how much this keeps bugs off your windshield and for me, it actually helps with the wind noise/loudness. Instead of the wind hitting the windsheild straight on, this helps redirect it.
