This didn't fit my lenovo thinkpad which was 14". that was my fault entirely. It's not bad but I personally realized after using this that I prefer sleeves that are less bulky and more fit.

Outside pockets have to stretch around power cord, and boy would it be nice to have an actual strap!

My wife's 14" Asus Zenbook fits perfectly in this sleeve. Edge protection is always a concern with these types of products and although this sleeve has decent edge protection, I wouldn't drop test it with a computer inside. It should be noted that the access zipper is on the side edge, not along the top longer edge. This design functions just fine though you want to be sure it's zipped closed before you pick it up and carry it so as not to risk it falling out. With a top zipper design, this usually isn't a problem. There is a sewn strap along the back to slide over your carry on baggage handle. Of course, it would be safest to put this sleeve inside of your carry on.

I ordered this to transport my HP Chromebook G7 and my Apple iPad Pro 12.9”. I have a padded laptop sleeve in my backpack but I feel that the padding isn’t enough protection. This is very low profile and minimalist and I feel it will keep my computing assets more intact than the backpack sleeve. I can also use this as a standalone carrier since it has a sturdy handle.The outer pocket is also slim and suited to carry flat or thin items. Since my Chromebook charges via USB PD, I can insert a small charger block and cable and now I’m ready to go.What’s interesting to me about this laptop sleeve is the side loading. I am accustomed to top loading where the laptop is inserted where the handles are. The zippers only open on the side, just enough to slide the tablet or laptop in. My Chromebook fit perfectly as if this was a custom fit. My Chromebook measures just under 12.75”x 8.75”. My iPad measures 12”x 9”. Both fit great.The padding is higher density and plush covered in a velvety velour that is so soft like a stuffed animal.I’m really glad I found this item and I think this would work well for most people with small laptops.Thanks for reading and hope this helps.

One realizes just how perfectly designed this is when actually holding it in person. There is ample room for my Macbook Air and all accessories, brick, wires, paper notebook / planner, pens, cell phone, mini tablet and more. The velvet interior is super soft and fully cushioned all around for protection. The handle tucks away flat so that it's there when needed and practically disappears when not needed without getting in the way. You can so easily hold it by the handle with one hand while tucking your laptop into the side opening with the other. Somehow, it's easier than my previous sleeve with a top opening and no handle -- not that that was hard, but this one is much easier. The front zipper also tucks away so that it won't catch on a pant leg while walking or anything else while sliding this bag into a backpack or into a suitcase, etc. It even has a "trolley belt" to be hands free while rolling a suitcase, or to use with a security strap. The gray fabric looks quite chic, and feels like it won't easily get dirty and can be wiped off. It's water resistant too. This bag is a great design and it remains slim even when filled. I love it and would absolutely recommend this very protective laptop sleeve bag.
