I recently installed the 40W LED Wall Pack Lights with Motion Sensor in my garage, and I couldn't be happier with the performance and quality! Here’s a breakdown of my experience:Installation:The installation process was straightforward. The fixture is built solidly, and the included mounting hardware made it easy to attach to the wall. The instructions were clear, and I was able to set it up in less than 30 minutes. The only thing to note is that it’s a little bulky, so make sure the wall space you're mounting it to has enough room.Motion Sensor:The motion sensor is one of the standout features. It detects motion from a good distance, and I love how quickly the light turns on when I walk into the garage or approach my porch. The sensitivity is adjustable, so you can fine-tune it based on your needs. It’s great for security and convenience, especially when your hands are full.Lighting Quality:The light itself is bright and clear. With a color temperature selection of 5000K, 6000K, and 4000K, you can choose the perfect hue to fit your space. I opted for 5000K, which gives off a cool, daylight-like brightness, perfect for outdoor use. The 40W LED provides enough illumination for my driveway and garage area, and I can clearly see everything around me at night.Design and Durability:The sleek, weather-resistant design is perfect for outdoor use. The fixture has a 360° rotation, so I could adjust the direction of the light to cover more area. It feels sturdy and durable, and it’s made for all types of weather conditions. So far, it’s held up well through rain and wind without any issues.Energy Efficiency:Another plus is how energy-efficient this light is. It’s LED, so it uses far less power compared to traditional lights, saving me money on the electricity bill while still providing plenty of light. Conclusion:Overall, the 40W LED Wall Pack Lights with Motion Sensor have exceeded my expectations. They’re reliable, energy-efficient, and provide excellent illumination. Whether you're looking for security lighting for your porch or need something practical for your garage, this light is a great choice. Highly recommend it!

I ordered this $140 set of two 120VAC Rosykite model 1856-40-2 Pack-PIR motion-sensing 40 Watt garage lights (Amazon ASIN B0DSL3TZ6T, UPC 720310873148) to replace my single-bulb lights over the garage which were not motion sensitive. Normally I'd put a motion-sensitive solar light in its place but there's not much sun with the overhang that sticks out a few feet over the garage door. I don't want to waste electricity by leaving the lights on all the time, so this pack of motion sensitive lights are just the trick - one for each garage door. What I like best about these lights is that they're well built. They're actually very heavy. I weighed each one at 1315 grams (about 2 pounds and 14 ounces) on my kitchen scale. They are assembled out of aluminum. There is a separate plate for mounting which comes off using an Allen head wrench, which is a good thing because in my case I have a 5-inch square recessed opening that I have to adapt to fit these 4-1/2 inch wide by 9-inch long light fixtures. The beauty of these fixtures is that they will last outdoors forever being solid cast aluminum and anodized black.I love that the LED facing is bright (at 4000 Lumen lumens) and wide (at 4-1/2 inches by 8 inches) and it's nice that it can be rotated the full 360 degrees, although in practice, I'll leave it in the optimal position forever. Even the lampshade is strong material, which is a plastic but it's thick acrylic, so it should withstand years of being exposed to the outdoors. It's nice that there are three settings of 3000K(warm white), 5000K(daylight) or 6500K(cool white), but in practice I'll be using the whitest light since this isn't for mood lighting after all, but for the ability to see when you approach the garage doors from outside. Likewise, it's nice that they're dimmable, but this isn't being used in a living room but outdoors where you want to be able to see things. Speaking of seeing things, the Amazon listing claims a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 90 which indicates that the light source has an excellent ability to accurately reproduce the colors of objects it illuminates, especially when compared to a natural light source like daylight or an incandescent bulb (the CRI scale is from 0 to 100 where 100 represents perfection). For more information, please see the included photos. In explaining all of this, I hope this review helps you make a more informed decision.
