My issue - using steering wheel volume intermittently changes station or song on media, which is very irritating and a common issue with F150s.Be sure this is the switch you need. There is a part number for "no navigation" and one that I bought that is "for" a vehicle with nav. Not sure "why" it matters, but just be aware there's a difference!40 minutes later, the new switch performs perfectly!! Very happy! Warning/caution** - please watch videos on how to do this so that you don't accidentally activate your airbag!!

YouTube videos tell you how to remove airbag and how to replace switch.I turned might steering whe 180 so it was upside down and this made airbag removal way easier

works like it should, but when I went to answer phone did not work or hang up . the other controls worked. had to use dash controls. talked to the help line from ford said I needed up date cost 230.00 hr . went to my ford dealer told me that had nothing to do with the steering wheel controls. defective controls. my old control worked for phone but radio controls did not work properly. how can I get help?

Very easy installation on my 2014 Platinum series F150. Takes about 15 to 20 minutes to replace due to you needing to disconnect your battery for ten minutes before removing airbag. Very affordable and fast shipping part.
