This is Infact 100% an OEM motorcraft part. This also came with the mounting bracket not shown in the picture. This fit and fixed my 2002 Ford Excursion 7.3L Powerstroke equipped with the DIGITAl control with AUTO temp. I purchased a Dorman unit that in the description did say for manual temp system but I missed it, 100% my fault for not reading entire fitment. FYI, Both look and fit identically but only one will work. Buy this unit if you have digital controls in you truck/SUV. Highly recommended!

I was having issues with my HVAC in my Excursion. I had already replaced this part once with a Dorman part. What a waste of time and money. This part was absolutely what’s truck wanted and needed. My HVAC is up and running again and I couldn’t be happier in this South Texas heat! Highly recommend using Motorcraft parts!

It tool me longer to clear the junk out of my glove box than it did to replace the part. 2006 Ford F250 6.0L is what it went in and if fixed the repetitive clicking from behind the glove box. Shipping was quick and part fit great, no more clicking.
