These are amazing for the price. They're listed for the 400 but I wanted to confirm that they fit on the 500, which you can see it does. I'm always skeptical of anything with adhesives for any vehicles because I've always found that it just doesn't hold up out here where the weather gets hot. I'll start by saying that my bike is garage kept and is parked under an awning at work, so maybe that's why my set is holding up extremely well, but I've been testing this for 2 and a half months now and it is still securely on the bike as the first day. There are a few spots where the edge comes up a bit, but it's on the areas where the gas tank lines bend and curve. No adhesive minus industrial grade epoxy will hold on these kinds of areas though. The material is grippy enough for cotton, and becomes more grippy when I wear my basketball shorts with more of a spandex/ polyester material when I go on short chill rides. When the wind blows my shorts up over my knees, the grip surface is not hard on my skin which is really nice. It does become more slick though, so if you're riding in short shorts, don't expect maximum grip lol. I really recommend these. Take the time to warm them with a dryer so they flex onto your gas tank correctly. Prep the area with some good rubbing alcohol as well and these will hold up for you too. Ride safe, and God bless.
