Left Locking mechanism has fallen off riding for about an hour. It was installed properly. It can be a safety issue especially for the passenger. I tried to look for getting the product support which is through the links but parts replacement option is not there. Poor Quality, Safty issue and no support for part replacement. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
