I am not the least bit crafty and I cannot believe how easy this was to use. I reupholstered a bergere chair that had belonged to my mother. In my youth it had the most fabulous full cushion as it was stuffed with down. My redo looked like a half inflated balloon! I wish I took a before and after. 10 minutes later and it looks fantastic! I have a ton left over so I will refresh some pillows that look less than in the corners. Way exceeded expectations!

this silky smooth polyester batting comes in a very compressed roll. I used the whole 3# bag to re-stuff a 21x22x3" chair cushion and a small throw pillow, both pictured here. One reviewer complained of material's lumpiness. This is batting, not loose chunks. You could make your pillow, cushion, doll be as lumpy as you want by pulling fist-fulls of stuff from the roll. I wanted smoothly filled cushions, so added flat cut-out layers of the batting one by one to the cases. Pulled all apart, this would make massive thin stringy cobwebs for your Halloween display.

Restuffing all of my couch cushions. There is way more in the bag that you think. I would guess I could do about 3 couch cushins full with this stuff.I however I am just adding to my couch cushions so I will easily do all 8. That said I'm also taking out the old stuffing and pulling it apart before adding the new stuff. The new stuff seems to be way better quality - softer and easier to pull apart. Guess I don't know what it will be like after being in the couch cushion for 3 years like the old stuff. But as of now it seemed WAY nicer.

The most economical size of Mountain Mist Fiberloft fibre fill, this is a good purchase for a big project or regular crafter. I have used Mountain Mist pillow form fibre for projects needing a springy feel and lighter weight, but when I'm making many plush toys and sock animals, this is my "go-to" fill. It has a good weight and texture. The 3lb bag ensures I have a good supply and don't run out often. There are other brands and no name fillers but I like to make sure I have a consistent and clean product. I only buy Mountain Mist, so will be buying this again.

This is THE BEST fiberfill stuffing ever. It is silky soft, consistent in texture, stays fluffy - even when hugged enthusiastically inside a stuffed toy. It is possible to press it in firmly, as in amigurumi crochet toys, but still remains pleasantly cushy. I've used this brand for years, and am delighted to see it in the 3 pound bag. .... It's too bad the negative reviewers mention that they got the wrong sized bag (which I'm sure was or could have been replaced with the proper size by Amazon.com) instead of reviewing the product itself. This is a wonderful product, and MADE IN THE USA.

Used this product to stuff seat belt pillows for the grand kids. It's very soft, and not clumpy. I didn't give it a 5, cause I don't know yet if it will stand up to washings and lots of use.

This stuff is awesome. When I pulled it out the (ziplock) bag it comes in it immediately tripled in size. I was able to tear it off into square-like pieces to stuff my pillows which was perfect. I did all my couch pillows and then after messing with them....did them again. I used so much of this stuff and then when I went to put it back into the bag I just stared wide-eyed like "How did this ever fit into this bag BEFORE I used it up?!" Anyway I squashed it and shoved it in the back which was not as difficult as it had looked but I will say that I would take this stuff out if you don't plan on using it b/c I'm not sure you could put it all back in. Later I decided to put some on my tv to look like snow (even though it's kind of grayish), and I think it looks festive. I'm cheap and it was sitting around so there we go. I almost forgot that I made a snowman out of it! I'm sure there's better material out there for arts and crafts but you work with what you have.

I had a sagging couch and it needed a little bit of "suff" I bought woolite to clean it and 2 bags of the polyfill. AMAZING! My couch looks good as new. The product comes in a big bag but if you pull it out right it's fairly flat and easy to stuff into pillows (if that's what you want to use it for) quality is great so far. Cheap and perfect for my project and added star that I didn't need to replace my couch!

I've been using this for the stuffing for a bunch of cat beds I've been making for cats in rescues awaiting their forever homes. It has worked really well and has made for some very cozy kitty beds! I've also used this while making stuffed cat toys. I sew little fabric into shapes and pouches, then add the stuffing and a bit of catnip. Cats that love catnip LOVE these toys!
