The screws provided aren’t long enough to get set once installed. As I started tightening, both screws stripped the threads and I couldn’t get them to tighten...$15Down the drain.

Bought this as a security item since a tweaker tried stealing my seatpost once already. It looks nice and weighs next to nothing, but there's just one problem. When I torque it down to the specified value, my seatpost is still able to turn and move within my seat tube, causing it to gradually lower to an uncomfortable height as I pedal.I don't know if it's because the gap is so small, if it's because I may have over-greased my seatpost, or a combination of the two, but I couldn't get the darn thing to work. It sure does look good, though.

there are no rotating joints to take the stress off the bolts - so expect them to bend when tightened enough. the ones with complete design cost $25 and more. this one will suffice for now.

It's a good clamp. I like that it has 2 opposing screws to tighten, and also a ring at the top to seat it on the bike frame.

Nice machined green clamp to replace stock black one. Adds a pop of color to all black bike. I ordered the 31.8 for my Trek Emonda ALR 4 (has a standard 27.2 sestpost)
