The actual product works well and does exactly what it's supposed. However when you receive the kit it comes with a link to the instructions which are online. The link that my kit came with had an incomplete set of instructions, the set of instructions I receivedwas missing the programming section. After attempting to contact the company like the package requests I was on hold for 45 mins and never spoke with anyone. I luckily found a video on YouTube that showed the complete install including the steps to program the remote start unit to the vehicle. 2 hours after I completed the install I received an email to my online request for tech support due to the incomplete instructions. They sent me a link at that time to complete instructions. Not sure why the original set wasn't complete and never received a call back from the company to address the issue further.
