My vehicle was not listed so I contacted MPC. They told me which remote start would work so I ordered it as a Christmas gift for my Girlfriend. The kit they recommended definitely is for a later model dodge truck. It will not fit my truck. Nothing matches the installation paperwork, 100% the wrong one.I have opened three separate work orders to try and get the correct kit, or return the one I have. They have not done anything, or contacted me on any of the work orders I opened. I also can't get them to answer my calls.I would have been fine if they said there wasn't a kit available. I also would have been fine with instructions to wire up the one they did send. I have never had a company recommend a part that wasn't going to fit, and then ignore all my attempts to contact them. I have been very professional in all my correspondences with them, so that can't be the reason for ignoring me.I can think nothing but they knew it wouldn't fit, but wanted the sale. After I paid them my opptions went to zero. No tech support, no work order, and no refund. I have never had to post a review this negative. Maybe if I had received the correct kit for my truck I would be giving this five stars. If I could give this less than one I would. Beware if you plan to purchase a remote start kit from this company. If you have problems you won't get any help!
