Bought this as we have a 38 year old home that in the summer it was always about 5 degrees hotter when walking under the attic access in the hallway. Installed this and no more hot/cold spot in the hallway. Was very easy to install with a staple gun, easy to unzip to access the attic. Sure there might be better ways to insulate, but for the price, this took care of my issue.

Installation was easy and straight forward, it made a huge difference in temps in the house. It will pay for itself within the first month or so in just energy savings.

Fits like a glove. The full wrap around zipper was easy to open to gain access to the attic. I didn't want to use staples because they would rip it apart in the event I ever had to take it out again. I used wood screws with large washers every foot and a half or so then the aluminum tape to seal it. I actually felt the difference in temp as I was installing it. It was 110F in the attic at the time. As soon as it was totally closed up, I could barely feel the heat from the attic. Bravo!
