For around ten bucks, i find this chuck and adapter to be a great deal. Now obviously, this is not some Bosch or Craftsman level quality chuck but it is working just fine for what i need. I wanted to have a drill adapter to sling in with my impact wrench for just those occasional, light-duty jobs that can come up when you least expect it....otherwise i would have brought my drill... ;-)For what i needed, it works perfectly....and it actually feels a bit better than i expected. Just be realistic.

This is a well-made addition for my impact driver. I needed something to be able to use my impact driver like a drill, but the other attachments seem to be too wobbly and not really secure. This check is easy to attach, just screw it on and then use the screw to attach it firmly in place. Use it as you would any other drill for drill bits, burr bits or screw bits. Well made.

It comes with everything you see in the photos and description but there are 0 instructions… so if you don’t know how to use these items, you need to research. The build seems solid

I bought this to use with my ¼" dewalt impact driver that I carry in my rv so I wouldn't have to carry a drill also. Works as it should and saves space in the rv because I don't have to carry an extra tool.

This drill chuck was exactly what I needed to get my old 18V drill back in action. It had been sitting unused for a while, and when I finally needed it again, the original chuck was completely seized up. I tried everything WD-40, PB Blaster, soaking it, tapping it loose but it wouldn’t budge. It had basically turned into a paperweight.I came across this replacement chuck and decided to give it a shot. I was impressed right out of the box. It has a solid feel to it, and the materials and build quality look great definitely not cheap or flimsy.Getting the old chuck off took a bit of effort, especially dealing with the left-hand screw inside, but once that was done, the new chuck threaded on easily and locked in tight. It fits perfectly on my drill and grips bits securely with no wobble. I’ve used it now with a variety of bits spade bits, augers, regular twist drills and it’s held strong through wood and light metal without loosening up.What surprised me most is how much smoother this chuck feels compared to the original. It tightens and releases with ease and doesn’t slip, even with high-torque jobs. Honestly, I think this might be an upgrade over the factory chuck that came with the drill.

This works well to turn an impact driver into a drill. It is less wobbly than another one I have tried, but it still isn't as stable as I would like it to be. It does work well and I'm glad that I have it. Those times when I have a drill bit that is not made for an impact driver and I don't want to go hunt down a drill, I can use this to use the bit in my impact. It's nice, fits well and saves time.

I had always wanted a 1/4" compatible chuck so I can do work with only my impact and not have to carry around another drill. This chuck delivers that and more, with the option to use on a hammer drill and impact wrench in a pinch. Will the latter two be likely possibilities in real life? Not as likely, but I'm only considering my use case here.I don't feel any noticeable play in the chuck and it holds drill bits snug; more than enough precision when retrofitting on an impact driver. Time and use will tell how well the mechanism holds up over time, but I can say that I'm well satisfied with it, especially at the low asking price.

This keyless chuck works great. It turns smoothly, and it's easy to get a firm hold on a bit. It comes with 3 different type of shanks, SDS, 1/4 inch hex, and 1/2 inch socket. Plus, it's easy to switch among them via a reverse threaded PH2 screw. For me, it's very handy to have one of these with each kit of tools so it's always there when I need it. This chuck probably gets the most use in the 1/4 inch hex kit. All too often I find that I don't have some odd sized bit with a hex shank, so it's easy to switch over to this chuck and just use round bits. This is particularly useful with metric sized bits.
