I like the size of the spoon, the quality is decent. It is stainless steel and has a good weightThe handle is comfortable to use. I used it to strain vegetables and separate egg whites. It can be used as a smash or shave. Overall, it is a good tool to add to the kitchen.

Got this to use as a multipurpose kitchen tool. It is always nice to be able to have one tool for multiple things, space saver. I have only used it to grate garlic so far, which has proven to be a little tricky. I will say it is not my favorite tool for that but it works well enough. Next I plan to try mashing potatoes.

This multifunctional potato masher is decent, but it has some drawbacks. It does a good job mashing potatoes, but when I tried using it for chickpeas, it didn’t work as well—it left a lot of chunks and required extra effort. My biggest issue, though, is that it’s uncomfortable to use. Applying pressure to mash was hard on my hand, making the process more frustrating than it should be. While it’s sturdy and gets the job done for softer foods, I wish it had a more ergonomic design.

This is a multi-functional potato masher that is made out of 304 stainless steel. It is a slotted spoon which serves as a food strainer, an egg york separator, a grind for ginger or garlic and a bottle opener. It has a hook to hang when it is not in use too.It measures 9.3” X 3.3”. It has an ergonomic curved non-slip handle. It is dish washer safe, durable and rust resistant. It is an elegant silver color. This multi-functional tool is simple to use. And you get all this in one tool making it a cost saving item. I am glad to have it for my kitchen.

This is a nice, sturdy tool that definitely makes some food prep tasks in the kitchen much easier. For strictly mashing potatoes I am a bit torn on giving this item 5 stars because I am used to the old style potato mashers that let me really apply pressure. This potato masher requires some use of my arthritic thumb even though there is an ergonomic style handle where the thumb rests when mashing. But overall, I can see quite a few uses for this "masher" for predominantly soft foods. My wife really likes this kitchen tool for mashing hard boiled eggs for egg salad sandwiches. She finds it very easy to use. And speaking of eggs, the egg yolk separator is a nice feature that does work well. So all in all there are definitely many uses for this product and I can't argue with that. I should also mention that this kitchen tool has a hole on the top of the handle that allows for hanging on our kitchen cooking utensil rack. The 304 stainless steel construction is definitely a plus as well. We prefer hand washing all of our food processing tools so I don't anticipate any rust or stain issues. This is an easily washed kitchen tool.Overall, I think this is a great kitchen tool that many people will find very useful for a great variety of uses. I'm sure there many more uses that we will find for the igooot tool that I haven't mentioned, and it's certainly a kitchen tool that won't go unused in our own food prep. For myself personally, it's primarily the thumb issues I have that keep me from rating any higher and I feel this is something to be aware of for those with the same thumb problem. I feel the price point to be very fair for a multi-use kitchen tool, especially for the 304 stainless steel construction. I would recommend this item to others who enjoy working in the kitchen.Four stars

Liking the versatility of this tool I did not think I needed. The 304 Stainless Steel Potato Masher excels at mashing potatoes, carrots, blueberries, bananas and other squishy vegetables and fruits. But I asked one of those handy AI-powered search engines about this tool and using it for egg whites and the doggone thing laughed at me. Yet the seller's description said it could be used to help separate egg whites. Ever the skeptic, I tried it anyway and by golly it worked! Now there may be more efficient tools for this purpose, but I usually end up with tiny eggshells in the midst of separating the yolk from the egg whites by hand. This is now my "go to" tool when I need to separate out the occasional egg white. I also noticed a small grater embedded in it and ever looking for new things to do, I bought fresh ginger for the first time ever and tried it out. It worked. But back to the potatoes: I attempted to make from scratch mashed potatoes by boiling and simmering my potatoes in chicken broth and water because of someone's lactose intolerance to milk. The potatoes mashed up fine using the 304 Stainless Steel Potato Masher, but I added too much of the chicken broth-water back into the nicely mashed up potatoes and ended up with what I now call my "Accidental Potato Soup". We actually enjoyed it a lot and now I am sold on this tool as a great inspiration for new recipes. Seriously, it is solid, well-made and easily washed in the dishwasher. P.S. Next day I actually used it to make some seriously good, mashed potatoes with cream instead of milk. Years of eating over-processed mashed potatoes or instant versions does not compare. The tool here is a keeper.
