All the parts are here, and the box has some simple, easy-to-follow directions. The big problem is that the part of the lid that you're supposed to be able to close the lid then twist and crank down to add more pressure. It just doesn't turn the way it's advertised due to the design and materials involved. so, I generally twist it down before pressing the lid closed and then returning later to open the lid, twist it more, and press it closed again. Not ideal, but it gets the job done.

The adjustable knob makes it super easy to get the exact texture I want. Cleanup is quick since all the parts disassemble easily.

This tofu press is a lifesaver! It’s so easy to use, even for someone like me who’s new to tofu cooking. It presses evenly and collects the water mess-free in the clear container. Plus, cleanup takes just seconds. I feel like I’m getting restaurant-quality tofu at home.
