This is pretty sturdy but care should be taken since it is a plastic electronic unit. The pads you make contact with are soft and seem to be well made. I'm sure a serious boxer could wear it out pretty quickly but a casual user probably wont have issues.This comes with 1 adult and 1 child sized pair of boxing gloves. These are specifically for this game and are more a toy than real boxing gloves. They're light which probably makes it much easier.The sound is what one might expect from a game like this. It isn't stereo quality but it's not unusable.For hanging, it comes with long hook and loop strips to fasten to the wall.Overall, this is great as a toy or game. For serious use, I'm not sure this would be the best choice.

I got this more on a whim than anything, thinking it might be a fun way to get some movement in without feeling like a chore—and it completely surprised me. Setting it up was way easier than I thought. I used the adhesive option on a smooth wall in the basement, and it’s been holding up just fine.Once you get going, the lights and music kind of pull you in, and it doesn’t feel like a workout at first… until you realize you’re sweating and out of breath. I’ve been using it after work instead of zoning out on the couch, and even my kids have gotten into it (they love the challenge of trying to beat their hit count). The built-in speaker isn’t bad at all, and being able to connect my own music through Bluetooth makes it way more fun.The surface feels solid and the foam has enough bounce that I don’t feel like I’m wrecking my hands, even without my usual gloves. It actually came with two pairs, so my daughter has been using the smaller ones with no complaints.It’s honestly one of the few fitness things I’ve bought that we’re all actually using—and enjoying.

It does give you a workout, though not really the kickboxing kind of exercise. Also it requires you to hit right in the middle in order to score. But kids do love it. No complain as a tool to keep kids busy and burn their energy. Good practice for coordination too.Love it.

Motivated to do some workout, it’s nice that i can play my own music, different speed are nice! Great build quality, it’s also fun that my daughter can use it. Included gloves are well padded too. I can do this everyday.

My kids love playing it especially the sounds of the punch! It sounds so powerful and strong which brings the great satisfaction to them. I also enjoy playing it. It’s also a great exercise for adults as well. Great size to play as kids or adults. Easy to use with the boxing gloves. Fun activity!
