I bought the music boxing machine to work out at home. There are 3 different ways to install the music boxing machine. I can use the included Velcro strips, peel off the backing from the adhesive, and use the wall mounting bracket. The good thing about the music boxing machine is that it can be connected to my phone via Bluetooth and play customized music of my choice, so I don't need a separate speaker. This machine has 9 different speeds to enhance accuracy and speed, and there are also 9 different modes so that I can customize my workout intensity. It is really a fantastic way to exercise while I don't feel bored, and it warms me up quickly during the winter.

This boxing machine is a huge hit in my house! The kids all fight over who gets to play next, and honestly, I don’t blame them—it’s that fun. The Bluetooth music feature makes it feel like a game, and they don’t even realize they’re getting a workout. It’s easy to mount, simple to use, and keeps everyone entertained. Installation is quick and easy. It comes with everything you need to mount it securely to the wall and it feels very sturdy once installed. The compact design doesn't take up much space, making it perfect for a small home gym or office. .The LED light target is super responsive and adds another layer of fun to the experience. The lights guide me where to hit, which is great for improving accuracy and timing. Not only is it a physical workout, it's also a great way to improve focus and hand-eye coordination.Another plus is the durable and comfortable boxing gloves included in the package. They fit great and offer excellent protection.My kids love it as much as I do, and it's a great way to keep them active. Lots of fun.

This is a fun device. You connect to your phone over Bluetooth, load up your favorite music, and start punching away with the beat! It's a great way to get exercise, without it feeling like exercise.

I work from home and was looking for something quick and simple to help me decompress between meetings or after a long day, this boxing machine has been a good fit. It doesn’t take up any floor space, which is perfect for my small office. I stuck it to the wall with the included adhesive, and it’s been stable.The light and music combo is what makes it more than just a punching pad. I usually connect it to Bluetooth, play my favorite playlist, and just follow the lights. It kind of feels like a rhythm game blended with a low key workout. It’s not super intense, but it does help shake off the tension after sitting for hours. I really like that I can switch up the speed and mode depending on how I’m feeling that day!

This thing is tons of fun, my son has been asking for boxing gear for a while. He’s only 4, but he loves this thing. I love it too, because he gets his wiggles out in a healthy way. It’s easy to use, and seems to be a really sturdy and good quality
