This review is for: Jab and Hook Punch Music Boxing Machine with Boxing Gloves Work Out Equipment for Home Gym Wall-Mounted Punching Pad for FitnessOverall I do like this item. It does seem larger in the product image then it actually is in person, so you really don't have to move around very much to get your punches in which might not be what a larger person is looking for. The long Velcro straps which attach it to the wall are a little bit of an eyesore, so best for a dedicated exercise room or garage. It's an interesting concept and seems good to work on speed and agility of jabs for a smaller person. When we tested it out it seemed to hold up well to jabs and seems sturdy enough to take the beating.

Hung on a concrete wall in my garage w adhesive. Is staying on well. Unsure @ hanging on drywall inside a home. Punching this over a wall just didn't seem like the best (or most aesthetically pleasing in my house) so garage is working well. My teen son has been using it the past few days and is loving it (and is getting out some of that teen-boy energy in something productive to do!) Nice kit/boxing trainer tool!

I bought this on a whim, thinking it might just collect dust like the rest of my home gym “inspirations,” but it’s actually kind of addictive. The lights and music make it feel like a video game, so working out doesn’t feel like such a chore. Plus, it’s wall-mounted, so it doesn’t take up precious floor space—which is great, because I definitely don’t live in a fitness influencer loft. The gloves it comes with are basic but decent enough to get started.

This punch music boxing machine is a blast to use! The light-up pads keep you on your toes, and syncing punches to music makes workouts more exciting. It was easy to mount on my wall and takes up little space in my home gym. The gloves included are decent quality too. Great cardio and coordination tool for any fitness level!

Longevity will be the key with this. How long can a power-punching teenaged boy abuse this thing? It's a great workout, and easy to hang in a stable way--but I wouldn't recommend hanging on sheetrock. On concrete block walls, the punches still rattle. If it lasts more than 6 months, I'll consider this a good purchase. THE BONUS: the two lowest targets are tilted so you can practice your boxing hooks. At $80 over six months, or $12 a month, a good buy.
