I would definitely consider this more of a game than any kind of workout or exercis. It also seems to become boring a lot faster than I had hoped. This comes with the 'smart' boxing system as well as the mma gloves (not actual boxing gloves). It advertises 9 different modes and while the speed of the lights does vary, it all feels very similar.I really liked that the included velcro straps are long enough to allow the system to move up and down depending on the height of the person using it, which worked perfectly to allow my kids (ages 7, 3, 3) to test it out. They had more fun than I did and it ended up being more like an on the wall Whack a Mole game for them.Connecting to this via Bluetooth is easy, but it does not get very loud. It is supposed to use smart ai features to sync the lights to move to the music, but I have not really notice that working at all.Unfortunately, the system along with the velcro fell off the wall very quickly. Pulling it off and on the velcro to adjust the height or to charge the battery seem to wear down the velcro very quickly. There is no way this is feasible longterm. We barely used this and it fell so quickly. The system itself seems to be a bit too heavy for the velcro..

The sound quality is actually pretty good. It was a decent price for this cool thing!

I have two boxing machines in our home gym, that are from two different brands, and they are a huge hit (pun was not intended, lol!) with friends and family! I decided to get one more when I saw this one, because I thought that this one had a nice shape, easier installation that is also easy to adjust the height for different heights, and had more features that we would use. I was right! The Prorobust Music Boxing Machine with Gloves, Smart Bluetooth Wall Mounted Music Boxing Trainer is easy to install and use, and the sound is nice. The other boxing machines that I have come with gloves, but the pair with this one are fingerless, and I like them a lot. This stays put on the wall, and I don’t feel hesitant to punch the buttons. This functions well, feels durable, is made well, and is offered at a good price point for this good quality boxing machine. This makes staying fit easier, and more fun!

Never thought it would be this much fun. Bought it as a fun easy to motivate myself to workout and stress relief. Very easy to use and set up.

After searching through several options I settled on this one and I don’t regret it. It works exactly as it says, hangs super easily without fuss and my 10 year old can beat the life out of it without breaking it.

This is a fun way to encourage students to practice. It functions similar to a game of 'whack a mole', complete with sound effects for correct and incorrect hits. The power and setting buttons are touch-sensitive, but you have to hold them down for 5 seconds before they react. The 'wall mount' is just a couple large strips of Velcro. If you're not comfortable permanently sticking some large pieces of Velcro to your wall, there's not a lot of mounting options. I've opted to install the Velcro onto a board that I can hang from a hook on my wall, so that it is removable. My only real complaint is that this is rechargable, and cannot be used while it is charging. Basically, that means you can't just plug it in and forget it; instead, you need to charge it occasionally, and if you've forgotten to charge it, you have to wait for an hour or more of charging before it will operate.

The lights, the music, and the whole setup just make working out feel like a game. I set it up in my office space (which is not that big), and it fits fine against the wall without taking up a ton of room. The punching surface feels soft and has some give to it, so even after a few rounds, my hands weren’t sore. The gloves it comes with are decent—nothing fancy but good enough to get started. The height is adjustable with Velcro, which makes it easy to switch up if someone else wants to use it. My teenager jumped in and now claims it as his.The Bluetooth connects easily to my phone, and once you get your music going, the lights sync to it in a really satisfying way. The LED target keeps track of how many hits you land, which honestly got me way more competitive with myself than I expected.I haven’t tried all 9 modes yet, but the speed changes definitely keep things from getting boring. You can go from slow and steady to full-on cardio in a minute. Definitely something different from the usual home workout stuff—and the sound quality is surprisingly good.If you need a fun way to burn some energy or just want to punch something that won’t punch back, this one’s worth trying.
