I wanted to try one of these out for a while.I have seen them on social media but never in person.The Pros and Cons are these.Pros - For being a game, it really makes you tired and gives you a good arm workout.Cons - Many not work for younger/older people, and the mounting is strange.This does give a great arm workout; I do wish it had a timed function though.The music is nice and hitting the lights challenging. There are seven speed levels but Level one is fast enough.You press a button to begin, the music plays and pads light up. You have to react fast to keep up.The reason I think this would not work for certain people is you have to hit the pads pretty hard to get them to register.For example I am Male, 6foot2 and Athletic and many times it does not register my punch. I guess it teaches you to punch hard.The mounting is interesting, it comes with either a big round foam sticker or some big pieces of Velcro.I ended up using the big round sticker and mounting the unit on an old shelf that I had laying around so I could screw it to the wall.Overall its nice and I will be using it for cardio and speed and shoulder exercise and think it will definitely improve all of those skills.

We've had a lot of fun with this boxing machine! The gloves that are included work for both adults and kids. The velcro that comes with it is super strong...it's not going anywhere unless you want it to! It was really easy to connect it to a phone with bluetooth and play music. Obviously, it's not stellar audio quality but that's not what this machine is for so it doesn't bother me at all. My only slight complaint is that you have to hit each section right in the middle or else it doesn't recognize it/count it. It still gets a fun workout in but when my competitive kids are keeping score, that becomes an issue!

We ordered this for a grandson who loves to punch stuff and he couldn’t be happier! You don’t even need to connect it to a cell phone or smart device, but just turn it on and it will light up in different areas for the user to punch. Naturally, he’ll be at level one for quite some time, but it’s nice that there’s options to increase the speed of the lights.This makes for a great gift for any young roughhouse kids. They will love it!

So far this has been so much fun. I have only been able to use this a few times, but so far I am in love with it. It feels like you are just having fun and not working out. I like how you can use the app to track different things as it helps make your workout more effective. The size of this thing is about the size, maybe a bit bigger, than a typical dart board. There is really nothing to assemble, just take it out of the box, throw some batteries in it and hang it up on the wall.Get this to take your workout to a whole new level.

The machine is a great way to burn of energy at home!! included gloves feel decent, and musical target make workouts engaging. easy to install don't take up much space. not a heavy-duty training tool,, but perfect for casual cardio or stress relief. a fun alternative to traditional exercises especially if u jus wanna hit something
