About this item

  • (Two Boxing Bags included) Wall Mount Design - The boxing spinning bar is a wall-mounted design. It is tightly fixed to the wall using 4 expansion screws, has a strong load-bearing capacity, and is not easy to fall, which makes it more stable when punching.
  • Durable Material - This boxing equipment is made of high-quality steel, which is strong, durable, deformation-resistant, rust-proof, and can be used for a long time. The PE foam boxing bar covered by PU leather is wear-resistant, comfortable, and easy to clean.
  • Boxing Training - The combination of a 360° reflexing bar and two boxing bags enables boxing, defending, and dodging movements, helping to develop boxing flexibility and speed skills.
  • Space-saving Mount - The boxing target is mounted on the wall and does not take up floor space, which greatly saves space. In addition, it can be folded against the wall by rotating screws when not in use, so it does not affect daily activities.
  • Get Stronger - Boxing training equipment is perfect for beginners and professional boxers to use at home or in the gym. It improves boxing skills, builds muscles, and can also be used to release stress.

We have used this for 4 months now and it has helped my son’s boxing technique. He uses it everyday for practice and for fun. The spring was the only thing that became weak but the company sent me a new one immediately. Very easy to deal with. Thanks!

I bought this for my boyfriend but ended up using it myself. It was easy to set up and durable throughout my workout. I enjoy the bag and the bar for a great workout and use of coordination.

This boxing training tool is great for teaching hand eye coordination and movement while striking. Mounting was pretty easy. Thankfully is fairly adjustable, so it works for various sized people. Its definitely not made to be struck with full force, but works great for quick, solid jabs and blocks. Best piece of advice is to make sure you leave enough room around the area of installation, so you are able to get the full affect of the training. Im trying to get more foot movement in my sessions, so if i limit the space of my training area, i wont be able to train the way i would like too. Make sure to mount it very securly. It's got some weight to the unit. If not mounted properly, you are definitely going to get hurt. My kids will probably see most of the benefits in this piece of equipment, but its still great for people of all ages. I have it mounted in my garage gym, so im hoping the slight changes in humidity, dont mess with the functionality of it. So far so good, though.

I have tried to mount this thing and to no avail, the 2 x 4 have the 2" side facing out so I am only able to if I am lucky get 2 screws in and the 2 x 4 in the wall are 16" apart, so I either have to open the sheet rock and put a 2 x 4 next to the other one to mount this correctly. I am not sure this is a problem everyone has, but it is a problem I have that in time I will solve, I just dont want to tear open sheet rock right now which is the only solution I have come up with after using a stud finder in all the areas I can mount this. I will update as I figure out what I am gonna do.

After unwrapping all the components and lacing up the gloves.... it was game time with excitement! Not the easiest to set up, but with another look at the directions and an extra set of hands, we got it! However, the pump did NOT work at all. Then the punching bag itself didn't even stay inflated! Makes a nice rack for hanging towels till we take it down!

Comes with a sturdy base but it is my only complaint. If you anchor this into a wall you only get the four predrilled holes. You have to put the screws in those spots. I do not have studs to put this in for an intense workout or an aggressive workout. So my options to hang this are limited. I am trying to make a base that will screw onto the back of a punching bag stand but it is taking time. The bar is padded and turns very smooth. It is very fast with no issues. The bag on top of the pole can be switched to the bottom for kicks or different routine of punches and is solid. Good rebound on punch with spring. It came with a needle and hand pump to air up the bag. Easy to assemble and disassemble. A great training product I just wish it had more options for securing the base.

My husband has really been getting into fitness and working out lately, so when I saw this I thought this would be really cool to add to all our other home gym equipment. We are running out of floor space so I thought the idea of getting something to mount on the wall would be good. Well let me just say this thing is heavy. Even the bolts it came with are super thick. I'm thinking about my poor beautiful walls and regretting ordering this for him. I can't fault the item though because it's definite made well and is good quality. It just seems like it would be better suited out in a garage where you can find the studs easier and not worry about putting huge permanent holes in your walls. Plus I'm nor sure how many animals would react to all the loud punching. With all that being said were still going to try and make it work. We do have a storage building out back that we may be able to use it in. Once we get it put up I will give an update. We're definitely hopeful because we really want to be able to use this. I think it will provide a really fun workout. The metal bar is covered with a foam pad and it swings all the way around the pole. The bag is a little smaller than I thought it would be but I think it will be fine. The spring action works really well as I held it up while my husband took a couple swings at it. It does come with a pump and at first my husband thought it was missing the needle but if you look it's actually hiding in the handle of the pump. All in all this definitely feels like a quality piece of gym equipment and I'll update more once it's up and we're able to use it properly.

Nice addition to our home gym. I've always had a leather heavy bag set up. And of course a speed bag. But this was something I hadn't really come across in the boxing gym that I spent years training at (to be fair it's basically a public recreation one that's free for every to use). The mounting/setup was honestly harder than I had expected. But in the end, I was glad I took the time to do it. Really good way to step my training up, which is something I do primarily for fitness and not professional competition.
