First it would not work if you hit with the gloves on, then it kept falling off the wall. I returned the item, it was frustrating

I only got to try this out for a little while because I had to leave town but I am impressed by what I was able to do. I made a playlist to box to and this machine works well with it. This gives a great workout and is really fun. Definitely helps with hand eye coordination. It attaches to wall easily and can be mounted on most walls. The material keeps enough spring so you don’t hurt your hands and the gloves are included. This will get a lot of use in my home.
