Your cart is empty.This staple remover is made by a small tool manufacturer in the Czech Republic and is of exceptional quality. It has 5/16” (8 mm) diameter blade that extends all the way through the handle. Tongue is ground to a sharp point and not stamped or molded. The blade if made from carbon steel which is hardened and tempered. Handle has a metal ferrule to withstand torque. Overall length is 8”.

The Narex Upholstery Staple Remover was a live saver for my project! I was giving some vintage rattan bar stools from the 1980s a makeover - between all the chairs there were several hundred tacks/staples deep in the wood. I had several other typical upholstery tools that could not get into the tight spaces but this one saved the day! A great addition to standard upholstery tools!

When reupholstering older pieces, I needed a tool that can get in and get purchase on a variety of staple sizes (in order to pull them out cleanly and in one piece). This is so far superior to many of the standardly sold upholstery staple removers. Stays sharp and is very strong (won't bend out of shape). It's still a ton of work to remove staples, but this helps a great deal. Very happy with it.

Great tool. I had to remove staples from a pool table. Well worth the investment. Well built with hardened metal. Didn’t bend, chip after removing hundreds of staples. Cut my time down in half.

I just removed what felt like a million staples from a chair that I want to reupholster. This remover was fairly fast, and did a great job of wedging all the 3/8” staples out. It was also precise, and preserved the black cambric which I will be able to reuse. My hand and arm are a bit sore, but I think it is a mild RSI because I just kept going as it was so easy to use, rather than taking breaks.

Love this tool! I have very old chairs with staples deeply imbedded into the wood. I was having difficultly removing them with a screwdriver and needle nose pliers without damaging the wood. This tool was able to easily remove the staples without damaging the wood. I would recommend to anyone who has a project they are working on.
