I'm a big dude with a big head. Finding hats is difficult. My head is bigger than a 2x but a rich smaller than a 3x. That said the 2x-3x came and though its a bit loose its not so bad as to drap my ears. And I can position it how I want no problems.I was worried it would come in a a crappy small box but it a a sturdy box and despite a crushed corner mtly hat was fine!Also was worried that the straw would be easy to distinguish but its woven tight and small. Id feel comfortable wearing it to a more formal event. All I all pretty thrilled about this hat.

My youngest son has exactly that! An above average sized head lol. After an exhausting search I found this one. I needed in green but fabric paint took care of that detail. He loves the hat. Fits nicely on his big head.
