This little pad is basically an oversized hot pad. It is way too thin to make hard surfaces less uncomfortable. However, it will work just fine for my outdoor photography activities. I like that it has an attached strap and folds up compactly.

I took it to the woods to use as a sit for hunting. The idea was to set it on snowy trunks and have a dry spot to sit.Water went thru right away.My butt got wet and cold.
