Use the Pop-Up Drainage Emitter to discharge collected water away from structures, erosion-prone landscapes, & poor drainage areas. The Pop-Up Emitter with Elbow & Adapter connects to 3 in. & 4 in. sewer and drain, single-wall corrugated, and triple-wall pipes, & 4 in. Sch. 40 pipe. Cover “pops up” to release water at 40 GPM, closes once flow diminishes, and stays closed when not in use to prevent debris & rodents from entering the drainage system. Weep hole on elbow drains water to prevent stagnation or freezing in cold weather. Flat profile design blends discreetly into the surrounding landscape. Cover made of polyethylene; elbow made of polyvinyl chloride.

Seems like an ok product. I unfortunately used the perforated Big O pipe with the sock and therefore there isn’t enough head pressure (short run) to actually open the valve, cause the water leaks out the perforations. But would purchase another if needed. No complaints

Works fine and looks great on my lawn. The only issue is that the top does not hold well on the base and will come loose and may be hit with the lawnmower. Thought about glueing it but then I will be unable to remove for cleaning.

I dug up a DIY french drain and I needed the end bit for the water to exit and this is exactly what I needed.Now that I think about it, I never actually saw water come out from it, either I dug the drain wrong or it did not rain as hard for it to work.Either way, it serves its purpose.

I've had to silicone the tops down twice now, hoping this last heavy seal holds. Not sure why they changed the desin, the old non-spring loaded cap sealed to the pipe and never had any issues with my mower or leaking.This second time I put a FAT bead of silicone around the pipe top, because while the silicone held the cap on during a heavy rain, the water came out via the gaps between the pipe and cap.I'd still buy these again, my local stores carry a different brand and they feel cheaper than these NDS ones by a lot.

Does the job it is meant to do and looks great! Definitely wouldn’t want to drive directly on them but that is a no brainer.
