I was going to use it to externally trigger a Triac. But no.. it works for 5 minutes. When attempting to adjust frequency the chip goes into DC ANY time I try to go past 2k. I swapped the chip and it works again. You may want a buy a few extra timer IC'S if your planning on using this.
