Love this! We have 5 cats so need plenty if litter bixes. We have a larger more expensive one that we don’t like as much as this one. It has a nice deep poop tray so you’re not emptying it very often. Considering getting another since the cats orefer it.

I would give this zero stars if I could, the waste bin ruins the efficacy of this completely. It is MAYBE an inch and a half deep, meaning with two 8 lb 1 year old cats I'm emptying this once every other day, destroying it's purpose. Might just be my cats, but they're able to easily fling litter EVERYWHERE out of it. Getting rid of this P.O.S. was another nightmare due to, as I mentioned before, the WASTE BIN IS WORTHLESS.... So when I pressed the "Empty" button, I had the pleasure of cleaning up 25% of the litter in the machine after it all poured over the sides of the waste "bin".The only thing that would make this product better was if it was flammable.Again, great concept ruined by one MAJOR design flaw.

It was very easy to set up. Love that The litter collecting bin is very wide. It can fit a whole lot of cat litter. It’s been over 3 days and I have not change the bag. I have multipleCats and they like using it. I really like the open top and knowing that my cats are safe when they use it. The sensor works well. It stops immediately when one of the cats try to climb up while it’s cleaning. Lastly, I like the fact that Amazon carries it and no shipping if using prime.

I can’t believe how much time this litter box has saved me! I used to clean the old one once or even twice a day. Setting this up was a breeze—just stretch the rubber pan (don’t skip this step, or it won’t work), attach the four legs, plug it in, connect to WiFi, and sync the app. That’s it! My cat had no issues using it, especially after I added some of his old litter. I’d recommend this to anyone tired of dealing with their cat’s waste. It’s easy to clean, there’s no smell, and it’s been a game changer for me.

Bought this for the wide opening and because I work long hours and travel a lot. Unboxing was super simple, instructions were easy (or there’s a YouTube video) but I did not connect to Wi-Fi. It was suggested by another reviewer to use some old litter and put the new box in the same area as the old litter box. I left the power off for a day, so my 2 cats could get used to it.That being said, my calico girl took to it almost right away, with 1 day of mishap when the power came on and started cleaning 5 min after she got out. I think that may have scared my orange boy because he took almost 2 weeks to get used to it. But eventually it happened and I love it.Now, I am using tidycat clumping litter and I change the liner every 7-10 days. My cats may just use the box a lot, so the liner fills more often.I would recommend this product

Find a purely mechanical standpoint, this box works great. Does everything it’s supposed to and makes no mess. No smell either. HOWEVER, only one of my two cats would use it and still that wasn’t consistent (preferring the classic scoop box when it was freshly cleaned).My main critique is that this box’s pan is REALLY high up and my 14.5lb could barely reach it - you quite literally have her purchase a steps tool for it, and it’s still kind of difficult for him even then. Also, somehow the actual litter pan itself might be kinda smaller than it looks? Not too sure.After much research, I switch to the MeowWant SC01 and both cats went for it immediately. It might look like it would be smaller, but the inside is actually quite spacious and works well for both my kitties so far (13.5lbs and 14.5lbs)….Needless to say I’m returning this box and keeping the new one.
