This neck pillow is extremely hard. I couldn't sleep with it at all and my friend whom the grey color one was for had the same problem - too hard

Love it. My head always seems to find it. It doesn't roll around like other neck pillows I have had. And it works for sleeping on my back or side, with other pillows I have to switch when I change positions.

Love this pillow! I don’t like a full traditional pillow because I feel it pushes my chin down instead of keeping my neck in a neutral position. This pillow keeps my neck in line and cool through the night.
