1. NOT USING the Heating Pad attachment while sleeping. The heating pad attachment needs to be monitored when using at all times.

2. If you choose to use it with the heating function, connect the USB cable to the pillow and plug it into a power bank, PC, USB adapter or other USB connected devices(5V=1A charger/DC USB input), then you will depress the button, and it comes on, you can choose the appropriate temperature of the controller is adjusted according to your needs.

*(This product can't be recharged, it can only keep the USB cable connected to the power supply to use the heating function. There is no plug or power supply in the package, only the USB cable.)

3. A single heating does not exceed 30 minutes. Long-term use of the hot compress function may accumulate a large amount of heat and burn the skin, to avoid heat accumulation to cause physical discomfort, and the specific can be adjusted according to the individual's feelings. If the heating is too fast, you can use clothing to separate, use the controller to adjust the temperature or temporarily turn off the power. It is not recommended to use hot compress for a long time, if used for a long time, a large amount of heat will accumulate and cause the neck temperature to be too high.

5. When washing, remove the outer pillowcase for cleaning, and then store it in a ventilated and dry place to prevent direct sunlight. This neck roll was somewhat stiffer than I was expecting. So, it was a little difficult for me as a smaller person, 5' 1", to get in just the right spot with this neck roll. It did provide support & the heat especially felt good at times when my neck was really flaring. However, I did learn to use caution with use because I fell asleep with the heat on medium setting & ended up with a burn on my neck that blistered. Next time, I will be sure to use a lower setting and a light towel to protect my neck from direct contact. Other than that, I actually really appreciate having this for helping relieve my chronic neck pain. It does help. I would give it 5 stars if not for the burn issue.

This product has helped relieve my neck pain and soreness. It is a perfect size not too small or too big. The three different heat settings work great for me. They are timed to lower the heat as time passes and finally automatically turns off. This is great if you fall asleep while using. The cord is long so it can reach an outlet.
