I returned the pillow simply because the height just wasn’t quite right. I need a pillow that will completely support my neck so that my shoulders don’t kill me as I am a side sleeper. The pillow is well made, it’s cooling and I received it earlier than expected. It’s just not adjustable in any way.

I love this pillow! At first it was hard for my neck and back to get used to it but it is definitely what i had been looking for. It provides great neck support and i find myself not tossing and turning as I was before. I have neck and upper back problems, and my greatest issue with pillows is the lack of support. Once my body got used to it, it became soooo comfortable and has provided so much pain relief in my neck.The shape is great for back sleepers but not too sure about side sleepers. I am a 360 sleeper, which means I turn to all sides throughout the night. I don't feels it's right for me on my side but I also don't think I've found the right side- position for this pillow...I've been able to sleep comfortably for a bit on my side, but then i just go back to my back. As for stomach sleepers, this is definitely not the pillow for you. I find myself, pushing the pillow aside or off the bed when turning to my stomach, as there just isn't any space for arms to go under it due to the solidness of the pillow.I have not washed it yet, but there is a zipper on the bottom and it looks like the pillow can just slip out, so clearly the washability is going to be good.Overall, I love this pillow and highly recommend.

I’ve tried three of these types of pillows, and this one is hands down my favorite.• Neck Support: As a side sleeper, I wake up with neck and/or sciatic pain most mornings, but this pillow has already made a big difference. It provides great support without being too firm or too soft.• Comfort: Just the right balance - not rock-hard, but not annoyingly plush either. Feels great to sleep on.• No Weird Smell: I’ve read that some of these pillows have a nasty smell when first opened, but this one didn’t have any odor at all.• Fluffing Up Time: About 4-5 hours. I opened it and put it on the bed to expand and it was good to go that night. The instructions do say to give it 24 hours, but I don’t have that kind of patience.One downside is the pillowcase it comes with. I have no idea what material it’s made of, but it was sucking every last drop of moisture from my face like it was lost in the desert. Swapping it out for one of my pillowcases solved the problem, other than it’s very loose. That doesn’t bother me, and it doesn’t compress the pillow at all. I did look for a cotton or silk pillowcase made for the pillow shape, but everything I found was polyester. Picture attached so you can see what it looks like inside a queen pillowcase (silk. Not sure what's happening with the color in this pic but it's grey, I promise :-))Overall though, I love this pillow. Pillowcase aside (and that could be a me problem, my skin is very dry in general), if you're looking for solid neck support with real comfort, this one's an excellent choice. WOW. Best pillow I've ever owned, and I've tried out a lot of different pillows over the years. (I LOVE to sleep!) I like to sleep on my stomach or side, but I nap on my back (using CPAP). This pillow works great in all three positions. When facing down, you can slide your arm under the pillow or not, and you're always comfortable. I write a lot of reviews, and I will tell you that I am far beyond satisfied with this pillow. I was not expecting it to be this nice. I don't have any neck or back problems and I normally sleep great, usually falling asleep within 30 seconds. But WOW, if you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, you must try this pillow. I don't have the words to tell you how comfortable it is!!! It's memory gel and it's the perfect thickness, for me at least. And when you're wearing a CPAP, and on your stomach, this pillow works around your mask. A Brilliant Design! I wish we had a rating above 5 star. It's that good.

AMAZING product. I wasn’t sure I would like this pillow or be able to get to sleep, it is shaped differently than every pillow I have ever used. But, this thing is incredible. Within three nights my neck felt better. At one week I was no longer waking up stiff and three weeks later I have no pain at all. I used to wake up stiff and the terrible neck pain from working on a computer all day was still there in the morning. No more! Pain relief miracle. This pillow is fantastic. It took a bit to get used to the shape; now I can’t imagine sleeping on anything else. It doesn’t get hot during the night - no need to flip it over or around to find a cool spot during the night. In fact, I am not waking up in the middle of the night anymore now that I sleep on this pillow. Light weight, breathable and somehow supports my head and neck in all the right places. Since it isn’t as fat as other pillows, it does leave some extra pillowcase so I tuck it in to itself if I don’t want the extra hanging out. I highly recommended this pillow to anyone struggling to stay asleep or has neck pain.
