Works great with my MS60-C despite other reviews. The neewer lights and products like this have a proprietary mount that differs from the Bowen Mount. The MS60-C comes with a Bowens adapter. Leave adapter off if you are going to use this Lantern Softbox.

No es compatible con Neewer MS150B, a pesar que en la descripción indica que sí lo es, por lo menos en mi equipo no fue compatible. Si tienes el mismo problema recomiendo optar por el NS4P.

It’s a nice concept and compact size but it doesn’t fit the light it explicitly claims to fit (MS60C). For comparison in the photos, the Neewer softbox NS3P (with the black mount) which fits MS60C perfectly and is larger as you can see.

I wish Neewer would not package these things in a bag and then lower the price. I have a whole collection of Newer. bags that are useless to me. But this unit did the trick and no more harsh light. I think it is priced way too high for what it is. I leave it on the light so I really don't disassemble it, but that procedure is fairly easy if you read the directions and push down on the correct end, which of course I didn't do at first.

First and foremost, this is NOT A BOWENS MOUNT modifier. It is a Neewer mount which looks exactly like a Bowens mount in pictures but is in fact about half the size of a Bowens. I've gone back over the listing and while yes, it does note that it is a Neewer mount, no where does it note that there is any difference between the two mounts. Making this even more frustrating is that practically all of Neewer's lights are Bowens mount lights. This is a huge oversight in the listing.The lantern itself is actually very nice. It has the easy open push and hook setup. It's small, lightweight, and produces pleasing light. To test it out I clamped a small puck light inside and will likely keep this for use with said light as it reduces the entire setup to the absolute minimal size. If you have this mythic Neewer light with the Neewer mount then this is a great bit of kit to add to your gear for those situations where you need to light an isolated subject or two in a small space. However, if like most working with lights, you have all Bowens mount lights, you'll want to pass on this poorly advertised piece of kit since it is not going to fit your gear.

This item has been manufactured with the quality control I have come to expect from Neewer. It is slightly smaller than many of my softboxes and, thus, allows me to travel with it easily. The "Lantern" construction provides wonderful "all around" lighting without harsh shadows. I use it often with constant on LED lighting as it allows you to "see what you're getting" at all times. I only wish it had an adapter for Vowens mounting as it would then work with nearly all my lights.

In case you haven't read the other reviews that point this out - THIS SOFTBOX WON'T WORK WITH NEEWER'S FULL SIZE LIGHTS WITH BOWENS MOUNT. It also doesn't work with the Smallrig handheld lights.This is for their handheld battery-powered lights, and it's well made, casts a good light and comes with a handy bag for storage. It's a little stiff at first when trying to hook it up, but it does get easier over time.Overall a great little soft box.
