ich fotografiere als Hobby viele und oft und oft auch in grenzwertigem Licht, mit längeren Belichtungszeiten, bei dem ein Stativ gute Dienste leistet,.. ich bevorzuge Einbeinstative, da die viel handlicher sind, und wenn die angelehnt werden können,. oder im Sitzen verwendet werden, nahezu genauso stabil wie ein Dreibeinstativ sind,.. leider sind Stative sehr teuer (eher von 200Eiro aufwärts..), aber es gibt auch deutlich günstigere Alternativen, die sehr funktionieren, aber deren Anschluß oben am Kugelgelenk eine Schwachstelle aus Kunststoff haben, die irgendwann nach 2-3 Jahren plötzlich kaputt gehen und die Camera fast vom Stativ auf den Boden fallen würde, läge der Cameragurt nicht zusätzlich um den Hals, um so etwas zu verhindern,.. dann ist das Stativ von der Teleskopbedienung noch einwandfrei, aber der Oberer Teil mit Kugelgelenk, um die Camera zu schwenken, defekt, und die Camera kann nicht mehr einfach zum Motiv geschwenkt werden,.. ein neues Einbeinteleskopstativ zu kaufen wäre Unsinn, aber einen passendes Kugelkopfgelenk zu ersetzen nicht leicht, viele einzelen Kugelkopfanschlüsse für Objektive kosten weit mehr, als ein teueres ganzes neues Objektiv! und bei den Gewinden für den Anschluss am Objektiv gibts oft zu große Schraubgewinde, die nicht auf den unteren Anschluss passen! Aber dieses Kugelkopfgelenk ist eins der wenigsten die vom Gewinde oben passen und gleichzeitig von den Einzelteilen des Kugelgelenks und der Gegenseite der Lagerung stabiles material haben, robust sind schon seit Jahren halten und einen günstigen Preis haben, der günstiger als ein teures neues Stativ war! das war genau das Ersatzteil und um das gestehende Untere Teleskopstativ mit einem stabilen Kugelkopf zu ergänzen! Qualität ist selten, aber hier ist der Preis sogar noch super!

I’ve been using this on a monopod with a full-frame 100-400mm lens. It’s not tight enough to keep the camera horizontal without slipping (when walking), but it works perfectly when taking pictures. The levers are easy to adjust with your thumb without needing to look at what you are doing, and allow enough variation to fine tune how much movement you want. It’s really helped when shooting multiple games/day.

This is exactly what I needed to complete my overhead video camera set up. I used to put the tripod on the opposite side of my desk. But in my new room I needed to place the tripod off to the side of the desk. This placement made it difficult for my camera to shoot at the proper angle. So... this ball head mount was exactly what I needed to fix the problem. I mounted it to the end of my monopod and now my camera shoots perfectly. It’s well made, sturdy, easy to assemble and the price is great. Also, I love the color!

Lo conseguí en promoción, con la idea de rescatar un tripie viejo que tenia, teniendo en cuenta que no es un cabezal profesional, superó mis expectativas, aguanta perfecto una DSLR, y una Canon FX100, para lo que necesito está sobrado. Obvio no soportará algo muy pesado pero no es para eso, y comete un error quien lo haga.TOTAL se salvó mi tripie, y se mira suficientemente resistente como para unos años si se le trata con cuidado.

The Neewer Camera Video Tripod Ball Head is a solidly built piece of Kit that all photographer need in there arsenal. I have actually already ordered author 2 for my mono pod and Gorilla Grip Tripod.With a flick of your wrist, you can easily adjust or rotate the angle of your camera or remove the camera from the Ball head. Then slide it on and twist and it's back on or can be put onto a different one.It is impressively built, solid and feels like it has been made from quality products considering it's rather low price point. Really impressed and as I've said, already rethought it!

Ho preso questa testa a sfera per usarla con un leggero monopiede durante le mie escursioni in montagna. E' ottima. Io ,naturalmente lo uso con un monopiede dove lo sforzo sulla testa è mitigato dalla mia impugnatura sulla fotocamera. Per l'uso su un treppiede dove la rigidità del complesso si basa sulla stabilità della testa credo non sia adatto. A meno di usare apparecchi e obbiettivi leggeri. Comunque la testa è fatta bene ed è funzionale all'uso. Un po' meno bene il sistema di fissaggio della piastra della fotocamera alla testa, un po' macchinosa

AmazonBASIC ピストルグリップ三脚の800g超の雲台を交換しました。元の雲台の出来も結構いいのですが、双眼鏡装備時に大きな仰角で使うと接眼高さがころころ変わって使いにくいのと、コンデジ載せるとあまりに大げさに見えるので軽さとコンパクトさ重視でこのモデルを選びました。これで700g近く軽量化され、持ち歩きやすくなったと思います。拘束力ですが、星見双眼鏡（80ミリ口径×20倍・約2.2kg/全長35cm）を載せて仰角60度位までは軽く締めても止まります。80度位になると強めに締めれば止まります。このかなり偏った負荷の状態でも、パン側はグリスがしっかり効いてヌルヌル回る（＝勝手に回らない）のでロックする必要がありません。チルト（ボール）側もグリスで滑らかな感じです。買う前はつまみ１個でパンもチルトも操作できるタイプのほうが良いかと思っていましたが、緩めすぎるとと勝手に回ることがありました。それに対しこのモデルはグリスの効かせ具合でパンの勝手な動きを封じてあり、実質チルトだけ操作すればいいので楽に思い通りに使えます。2kg少々という半端な負荷でのレポートですが、何かの参考にしていただければ幸いです。※製品説明のどこにも「雲台側ネジ3/8、1/4変換ネジ付属」 が書かれておらずちょっと不安がありました。 ロットで変わるのかもしれませんができるだけ明示頂きたい部分ですのでご検討ください。【この雲台で耐えられる負荷（≠重量）について】同等価格の国産ブランドでは推奨搭載重量の表記で400gとか600gになっています。これは彼らが重心位置や運用時の仰角で負荷がコロコロ変わると分かっていて、どんな使い方でもクレームがつかないであろう値を設定しているためです。それに対しこのブランドはマージンをたっぷりとった重量ではなく素の性能値を提示しています。性能値は「負荷5kg」なので、雲台取り付け面に糸をつけ、この糸を横に5kgの力で引いても保持されるということになります。（耐荷重という表現のブランドも同じ考え方です。（荷重=作用する重さ=負荷と同じ））雲台に高さ8cmの棒をつけ、この上端を引く場合にはレバー比が変わるので（ボール中心から雲台上部まで4cm、＋8cmだと3倍）5kgの1/3の力で雲台取り付け面を5kgの力で引いたのと同じ力がかかります。（=>重心が高いと重さが増したのと同じ効果が出る）また、大きな仰角で使う、重心がボール真上にない場合（望遠レンズやリングストロボ装着時）ほど重心位置とボール中心が離れるので雲台にかかる負荷は高まります。この法則を考慮いただき、重心が高い、運用時の仰角が大きい、重心が前方にずれている（機材を水平で使っても大きな仰角の時と同等の負荷が発生する）といった場合にはより高い負荷に耐えられるモデルを選ばれるのが良いと思います。

Absolutely amazing product that adds a ton of versatility to your JOBY Pod. Even came with a quick release plate for the camera. Adding this to your JOBY really allows it to replace your "travel" or small size tripod, as with the JOBY's versatile leg movements and ability to provide a stable platform, this piece now allows you to pan and adjust the camera angle as well. You can really get some awesome shots with this and for me it has completely replaced the need for carrying around a heavy tripod when I go on hikes.
