Perfect for cutting citrus for our high volume bar! This saves our bartenders more than 30 minutes per day! I'd originally mistakenly ordered the 4 slice blade for the cutter - the 8 slice is exactly what we needed!

We use a wedge cutter at our convienece store in the deli to make JoJos. We go through at least 50 pounds of potatoes a day and the blades on these hold up great! In fact, it's been over a year since we replaces the last one!
