Bought this for my Mom who recently had a medical issue which has made her primarily bed-ridden for now. It works as described and the price was reasonable, but I sure wish I had the option to purchase another button so that she can have another one in the bathroom. She doesn't want to wear it around her neck. I also wish the volume control was knob-controlled instead of a one button step volume-controlled, but it is what it is.

I tested it from outside and down the street as well as everywhere in the house - had to move the location in the house once - works better than I expected.

My mom suffered a pulmonary embolism and I got this for her because I sleep so soundly. I plugged it in next to my bed and it has come in so handy! It’s loud enough for me to hear and sounds like a doorbell! We love it!

Plug it in, wear the necklace. Loud enough to hear, definitely no worries there. Works well, no problems. About the size of a key fob for a car. Easy to use.

The page system is almost perfect. It arrives practically ready to use with one drawback. The actual alarm component has to be plugged into an electrical outlet. The page button itself works right out of the box with battery installed and lights up when pressed. The volume control and sound features work fine, the range works fine, everything works as expected and better than expected, but I would really like to see this function with or without the electrical outlet being required so that it could be mobile for caregivers or helpers who need to roam around larger areas.

I am using this for my son- in-law who is handicapped. It hangs around his neck on a chain. When he is outside and wants me inside he just rings for me. Quite ingenious fir a door bell and loud also.
