Clasp broke straight out the box, worked ok at first, now my dog totally ignores it, other dogs barking close will set it off, even the squeaker toy sets it off.

Works great for my dog! We have done dog trainings and he is just a reactive boy outside! This helps so much! It is like he found a confidence. He comes to me now when I call him. Great price as well! It is great, just had to find the right level for him! Be sure to utilize the bark - test to setup or it will not work correctly!

It’s too sensitive. It activates just by the dogs scratching noise .. 0 stars if I could bc I’ve scanned every QR code in the packaging and entered my emails several times yet no emails have been sent to my inbox with instructions.

I have a 30 lb Corgi and this collar does not stop the barking. She couldn’t care less about the vibration or the beeping sound. Even at the maximum levels for the vibration and the beeping sound, it’s like she didn’t even notice. Maybe for a puppy this could work as a training device, but for a 6 yr old dog I don’t see how this could be effective. There is also a delay, so the dog will always get one bark in before the deterrent, which does not work for us with a sleeping baby.

Worked for a day. The dog was able to get it off somehow. So I guess I’ll have to buy another.
